Your data is used exclusively for:
- Providing legal consultation and representation
- AI-assisted document drafting and case analysis
- Communication via WhatsApp and email
- Conflict of interest checks
- Quality audit and service improvement
3. AI Processing
Your interactions may be processed by AI language models to provide faster response times and draft legal documents. All AI-generated content is reviewed by a licensed advocate before being sent or filed. AI processing occurs on secure, encrypted infrastructure.
4. Data Retention
Client data is retained for 7 years from matter closure, as required by Bar Council of India regulations. After this period, data is securely archived and eventually purged. You may request earlier deletion subject to legal retention requirements.
